**Preper Control** is the core of the Prepercoin ecosystem, an app that operates autonomously without internet dependency, built for crises. It offers:

• Survival Training Resources: 50 instructional videos (360p, 175 MB) across 10 categories: water procurement, food sourcing, shelter construction, first aid, fire starting, tool crafting, navigation, communication, weather prediction, and psychological resilience.
• Offline Exchange: QR code mechanism for PPC transactions, synced with Solana upon internet restoration, with a local ledger preventing double-spending.
• Energy-Efficient Design: E-ink-inspired interface, reducing battery usage by 70%, tested on Android 8.0+ devices.

Version 2.0 (Q2 2025) will introduce Bluetooth P2P exchange with AES-256 encryption, and Q3 2025 will add satellite integration. Hotspot operators earn 5,000 PPC/month.
